Jose Vazquez, BSN, CMSRN, RN. Mr. Vazquez is a Registered Nurse and our Chief Nursing Officer. He has over 30 years of extensive background, knowledge and experience in the Management of outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, emergency services, and ancillary services to include public health and infection control. He has worked in major Trauma Centers in the civilian and military sectors. His work in the medical field has taken him to serve in several states across our great nation and overseas. He has cared for patients, from infants to the elderly, inside and outside the hospital setting.

Mrs. Lillian Vazquez, BSBA, CALM is our Chief of Operations and Facilities Director. She is also a Certified Assisted Living Manager. She has a diverse background in Business Administration and has also worked as a Case Worker for the Department of Economic Security in Arizona and Health and Human Services Commission here in Texas. She is also a Board Member for Red Oak Memory Care, LLC, and as a Realtor, she has become our lead specializing in Real Estate for Assisted Living in the State of Texas.

Mrs. Brenda Estrada, CALM is our Manager at Cassia Way and is also a Certified Assisted Living Manager. She is also Certified in essentiALZ, an Alzheimer’s Association Certification in dementia care training and in Positive Approach to Care. Mrs. Estrada has over 12 years of experience as a caregiver.
Mrs. Estrada is our "Employee of the Year" for 2021.
